In the OneDrive app, tap the Me icon at the bottom of the app, and then open Settings. You can add a passcode to help prevent other people who use your device from accidentally accessing, changing, or deleting your files. (You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download.

To select a folder, rather than just its contents, you may need to go up or back a level to select the whole folder. To open a different personal account, open Settings, tap your account name, tap Sign out, and then sign in with the account you want to use. To select all files in a folder, click the circle to the left of the header row, or press CTRL + A on your keyboard. Tip: You can add only one personal account to the OneDrive app.
